I think the rules specifically outlaw it. Maybe its under the datajac control
part. A system of searing servo's would not be enough to control a bike- you
steer also by shifting your wieght, and high performance riding can be very
athletic. Even with a gyro balance system, ala "Flaming Carrot", performance
would not be as good as with a skilled rider. However, my GM lets me used my
full wired inititive with motorcycles. And base hc can get vey low, with
custom mods. Not quite as good, but nice.
