Hm, I know it says "BOOM" when you light the fuse... no, honest, I do not
know the rules to this, but a few years back there was a terroristic bomb
attack here in Germany where the RAF (no, not royal air force, rote armee
fraktion!) did blow up an armoured Mercedes with a gas bottle they set
into the street. By the picture I've seen, I would say it is _not_ neccessary
to plant the explosive at the car itself...
By the way, the bomb was fused by wire...
