No, I think not. In page 105 of the SRII in the paragraph under Allocating
Control Pool Dice sez "A rigger with a control Poll must now decide how many
of its dice he will use in the next step, the Position Test. The rest of the
dice may be reserved for other uses, as needed". Which means, I believe, that
the rest of your Control Pool can be used to fire vehicle mounted weapons.
