I hadn't thought of it that way... This way it is actually useful and
within "SR logic" to have such a skill without it having to be based on
Intelligence (since SR skils are not based on attributes, my reasoning went
that it would replace an attribute if you took Observation skill). Of
course it is rather pointless to have an Intelligence Attribute higher
than your Perception skill :)
