In certain NeoPagan covens, being able to do an entire ritual without tools
of any sort is a requirement for advancement to a higher degree. Magic
being amatter of symbolism and intent, I would say yes, that you could draw
a magic circle by just pointing your finger, but you'd have to be an
initiate to do it, probably 2nd or better.
