Yep. When I introduced my players to Chicago, the magicians were
flinging magic around...and promptly woke up all the spirits in their
general area...;) They promptly ran for the Dome, and lived there for a
while. Magic is NOT nice in Chicago. The best "Bug-City" character
would have to be a Physical Adept with Killing Hands.
