Yes and if you weed out children, gramps and others that simply dont wish
to run the shadows because they got better things to do (read wagemages)
the number gets rather small. As I said the NAGEE narrows it down to about
60 full blown runner mages wich is pretty reasonable if you think about
all the conditions a runner magician must fulfill.
And yes that does mean that they all probably know each other at
least by name. As far as I am concerned this makes the whole way
fixers operate more believable.
