There are two types of headware memory, FIFF and normal.

FIFF is...
essence cost = mp/300
nuyen cost = mp x 150

Normal is...
essence cost = mp/100
nuyen cost = mp x 100

The difference is that FIFF is more seence-friendly and costs more.
