I'd use a monofilament whip. You did say bullet barrier? If it's a normal
barrier, then I'd go with a bullet with anchored spell "not a bullet"
specifically made to not be detected as a bullet by bullet detecting spells.
Hideously munchkin and all, but this is a munchkin argument. So I'm off to
see the Wizard!
