The race of such children will most often be metahuman -- for example, a
human/elf couple will usually have elf kids. If one of the metahumans
involved is an ork or troll, the child will usually be of that race -- and
elf and an ork will have ork children, usually. This can be deduced from
the text on page 34 of the SRII rulebook.

It is possible for two humans to have children who later goblinize, but it
doesn't happen all that much anymore. Likewise, humans *could* have an elf
or dwarf child.

Probably. (Hey, it's better than the troll male/windling female combo
suggested on the ED list... :)
