Picking nits: It only costs as much as raising a general skill if the
attribute is already at or above your racial max, and this rule is
_optional_, as I already painfully know. Oh, and I believe that it also
only goes up to 1.5x your racial max after that. In our
campaign the group (more like two people) decided it would be best if we
didn't allow you to go above racial max, in any way, shape, or form
without magic or cyberware. Which sucks when none of your physical
attributes can go above three... =P
