Grimoire, p.86: "[...]So Astral Reaction differs from Physical Reaction
and always equals the Intelligence Attribute. [...]
In fact, most things, including non-permanent magics (sustained, locked,
or quickened) do not affect Attributes in astral space."

I think this means: "It's up to the GM" :-)
