You can still cast the spell, it'll just be physical drain. Which is no big
deal in many cases (just don't go throwing hellblasts and other "D" drain
spells like that and you'll be fine). So you can't lose the spell, but you
can begin taking physical drain from casting it. It's still there, you
still know it, and you can still cast it.
