I wasn't aware that cover, and movement had effects
on TN for casting. I know the wound modifiers and
Shielding affect TN as would things like Smoke. Do
you know where that is in the Grim II or SR2? The
reason I'm asking is that I know it talks about hitting
targets who are covered head to toe in armor with no
skin showing but you can still hit them assuming it
isn't a compleatly sealed enviromental getup.
