Yep. That's the one. It was funnier if you knew where the Pandas came from.
(They were Terry and Wang Wang from the Channel 4 comedy series "Who Dares
Wins" with Rory Mcgrath, Jimmy Mulville, Tony "Baldric" Robinson and Julia
Hills.
I really like that program. It's a shame they quit....
(This was in the mid-late 80's)
