But strangely enough, possession of artillery was never mentioned. And
tanks and fighter aircraft and bombers and bomb-making gear, and all that
other stuff, THAT's still illegal...

The original constitution said that the Vice Prez had to be the other guy
in the race, too. That document was made for a different time and a
different culture.
