Just as any man who uses a (non-electric) razor to shave with and also owns
a mirror is in violation of drug paraphenalia laws. However, there isn't a
prosecutor in the US who'll take that case because any defense attorney
worth the name will shoot holes in the case so big you could fly a t-bird
through one.
