Sucks to be in those states, here in Indiana, they tried to say that
having Grateful Dead stickers on a vehicle was enought probable cause
to have a vehicle searched. The officers found out that it wasn't
enough. Oh also here in Indiana you can't search an RV (ie VW bus
with RV plates) without a proper search warrant. Rolling papers are
legal, though stores are only allowed to sell them to people 18 years
or above. Did you here about New York, they just passed a law
against the possession of anything with ephedrine (ie, mini thins)
without a perscription is illegal.
I should have added that laws may differ from state to state. I was
commenting on federal law.
