Far too expensive for jail operations. It was mentioned in a
sourcebook, they were shooting them up to try out casting magic in
space, you got a reduced jail term for agreeing (being thrown bound
on spaceplane more likely) but all they achieved was finding 101
interesting ways for a magician in space to kill him/herslef.

If you hire the whole lauch to get your kg up well i wonder if you
