A little rules modifaction can always weed out the munchkin. I've done
it a time or two to catch a player I suspected in my original S/R group.
For example they had fought their way to a executive VP's office to find
the over-confident suit sitting at his desk smiling like the cheshire
cat, his bodyguard mage standing at his left shoulder before the floor
to ceiling windows. A half-cocked street samauri sent a six round
auto-fire blast into the suit, the bullets simply passing through the
illusions and ricocheting of the ballistic glass behind. "What!!! His
mage doesn't know any illusion spells like that!!!" The munchkin samauri
cried. "And how would you know?" I calmly asked as they heard the
corporate chopper lifting from the roof and watched through the window
as it disappeared over the Seattle skyline...
