Ah, this one I am sure of: page 65, Grimoire II, under Elementals. Every
two successes in a Conjuring test add one to the number of services owed
by the elemental. The down side is that you have to resist Drain as if you
summoned he elemental, although I don't see why you shouldn't just summon
a new elemental in that case, instead of re-bonding the old one...
