Besides there is always the "Golden Hour" rule. A patient has a better
chance of recovery if they are treated in the first hour after an injury. As
a qualified lifeguard/first-aid/cpr I, if magically active would chose treat
over heal. I would have more reason to use the treat spell, while a
full-doctor in a hospital would more likely use heal. In my game the treat
spells have always been used more then heal. I've never considered it
munchie at all.
