The physad in question is rather wealthy, and blew most of his nuyen on this
idiotic toy. It is a hollow pressurized contaier that he can flood with FB
as needed. The main reason I allowed this purchase was to get all that cash
away from him, now he wants to play with this thing all the time. Oh well,
he'll learn eventually, and be sorry he didn't just save for a weapon focus!
