I think the lowest any of my chars ever had was on the ORIGINAL(for
our group) home grown troll street sam(I made him BEFORE 1st ed SSC
came out). After the SSC came out he did several BIG favors for some
mighty large corps and got paid in access to their shadow clinic.
Ithink his essence got down to like 0.035. Boy, was I glad that we
deep-sixed the cyberpsychosis rule on first reading. ;)
