Yah, it's described in the fiction and the ad as being Astrally active.
By one loose definition it is... it interacts with the astral plane. By
the stricter definition used to determine if it can be zapped from the
astral, it isn't.

And look at the ANSWERS to those post:

And the quote by Slag seems to have his definitions wrong.

And FINALLY, in the Rules section, which us GM's are mean to believe, it
doesn't mention a damn thing about FAB being dual natured and astrally
active.
