Subject:	Last post on the subject of Astral/physical debate..unless something else comes up ;)

Ok this is it..I am only going to post this one last message on the subject
with the exception of my e-mail to FASAMike...And here is what I have to say:

1]the story in CS is represented as a stolen log file..not as KE hype..And I
don't know what the exact punishment for falsefying logs is in that corp but
I am certain they would be severe..

2]Unless the S in FASA should be a $ instead of an S there one cannot simply
discount all the sidebar talk in all the SR sourcebooks..Are we to believe
that they are simply filler for a writer that couldn't come up with enough
material to fill a book..so instead empty space is filled with drivel??? I
think not..These sidebar discussions are meant to explain as well as
entertain..Now I didn't just fall off of the turnip truck..I do realize that
some of it is drivel, from those that don't really know or want for their own
reasons to throw others off of the track..But for the MOST part it is
supposed to be informative..especially when things like the explanation by
Majister of what happens when auras are forced to try and occupy the same
space, is so detailed..And the same goes for the stories and such..

3]In Astral space the laws of physics DO NOT apply..Quit trying to make
them..check out pg 145 of the core rules first paragraph..

4]Spells are not targeted at the physical, but rather at a creature's aura..

5]just because one of the rule books does not say something doesn't mean that
thing isn't true..It simply hasn't been adressed..

6]read the rules in the GM section..Unless very specific conditions are
achieved the astral entity may attempt to escape a net once a combat turn..I
say that if FAB simply slows an astral entity down in a room then a similar
situationoccurs with that net of foolishness..an astral entity gets pushed
back a bit and maybe even dragged down some before the net slowly [in astral
terms] sinks through the astral body..as the FAB are pushed out of the way of
the dominant astral form..They are the same critters as the FAB used to flood
a room after all..So the same rules should apply to them..

7]Here is a nasty thought..What if FAB I, II, or III were able to infect your
astral form with the astral equivelent of the Flu..or even worse..evil grin..
think about that for a while..

8] I am really bored with this subject..

9] How much for your women??
