@ I've been having a look at the Treat Spell in SR2:

We have altered the spells Treat and Heal slightly (I think). The
treat spell is quick, you only have to sustain it for a short
duration, about 1 round a block, on the other hand heal takes a long
time, 10 minutes per block healed.
