Yes, I've gone through a few of those myself... And even decked poor old
Steven Tinner there once... It was in the arm and not very hard, but....:)

There are some people that, for reasons I will never understand, can't sseem
to play characters that get along well with others, or they themselves
can't...

We have a guy now playing a fixer like that. He's an active fixer... He
goes on the runs with the players... But for somereason he just doesn't get
along with anyone. His characters personality isn't real well suited to
being a fixer. Steve, we really need to screen these characters better and
personally help the players build the characters... Saves annoying conflict
later on... Oh well...
