Just a few thoughts:
Throwing a few hand grenades, with the detonators set to Impact.
Sticking only your gun (not your head) around the corner and emptying the
clip.
Casting an area-effect DM spell centered to hit the goons while you stay
under cover.
Shooting through the walls.
Going through the offices instead of the corridors.
Delaying actions until the other party moves is not smart, not if you're
the attacker anyway.
