I found the module I'd referred to earlier. Elven Fire (#7310) by Tom
Dowd and James Reichstadt. They give the stats for Midori Ino, an
oyabun's daughter. The describe her a blind but a powerful mage. the
sentence that follows says "She is assensing the runners astrally as
they walk by..."
