Actually, in a campaign our GM ran just before starting Bug City, a street
sammy in our group asked his government contact to see if he could get wired
reflexes fro him, cheap. Well, he wasn't that bright to begin with. Next
thing you know, the Street Sammy is a remote control toy for the Government.
Hmmm, last we heard of the guy, he was carrying a small thermo nuclear
warhead into the building on Cermack....
