My bad, guys... I'm new to running SR, and my familiartity with Magic is
somewhat lacking. I found out from my GM that what we use is a houserule.
The enchantment on the blade was placed there by an Enchanting Adept, and
was then a permanent part of the blade. It wasn't locked or quickened,
which could be broken. The blade was also made from orichalcum (SP?), if
that helps any. Ask Steve Tinner (he's on the list too) exactly how he does
it iof you're interested or want to flame someone for a lame idea...:)
BTW, under the same house rule, every fragging spoon in our house is
enchanted with slay insect...:) I also believe there is one hell of a bug
barrier in place...
Order is Illusion! Chaos is Bliss! Got any fours?
Not a flame, but a small glow:)
