So... let me get this straight.
You want a magician to
a) Enchant Cyberware, then
b) build it into some character (whoever just happens to come along),
c) cast BLOOD MAGIC on it (which is known in Aztlan, but where else?),
just to d) have some fun when he blows it all up?
Go, buy a Mercedes, and nuke that. It's easier, and cheaper.

Are you telling me that you DON'T think that the big A would go to those
lengths to get revenge on a team of runners? I think that perhaps I was a
little to general when I made the suggestion. What I mostly had in mind
was that the runners would perform some sort of run against the big A and
then just "magically"(for lack of a better word) find a clinic that would
implant say, alpha/beta grade cyberware for them....run by the big A. I
see all kinds of blackmail potential here.....
