There are separate spells for each of these. Your character may know
Increase Strength +2, Increase Reaction +1, and Increase Charisma +4, for
example. It's a bit vague, but you can deduce this from the sentence
"Each Attribute has four specific spells, and so there might be a
magician who knows Increase Strength +1, Increase Quickness +2, an so
on."
