Our shaman once accidently summoned one of those. As for
powerful, they broke half of the spirit rules. It seemed to be a
spirit / elemental combined. I have no idea if this is in the rules
or just a creation of the fertile imagination of our GM. In either
case what ever it was it was powerful. We personally think it was a
dragon spirit from the way that Loftwyer acted afterwards towards the
shaman.
