As I understand it, the decker doesn't use his senses (eyes, ears,...), but
gets the data directly fed into his brain via the datajack. I would assume the
TacComp would get the neccessary data directly from the organs (direct visual
input from the eye-nerves, ...). This would leave it w/o input if the jack is
used.
But as you can see above, I am not too sure about the topic 'cause I don't
know too much about the nerve-system and were the input from a datajack would
get into, or where the TacComp would get its info from.
