Before the Scourge in ED, "For a year in the city of Draoglin, in the
ancient dwarven kingdom of Scytha, every dwarven child shrivels and dies
before reaching its first month of life, its essence devoure by something
unseen."
It could be, of course, that I'm completely looking in the wrong direction
with this, but it seems to me the vaccine and these deaths are linked.
