Let's say that there's an NPC that loves his car. There's another NPC that
hates the first one, so he builds a bomb and hides it inside the car.

A PC decides to go astral and check the car out for bombs. Can the
character spot the bomb based on the different emotions? (Said character
goes through the vehicle slowly, Observing in Detail).

What TN would you assign to this?
