I live in Phoenix and yes, there is an Elm street. I live somewhat
close to it so I can try and check to see if there is indeed a house
with the 1428 address. There are potentially two places to match the
address a 1428 East Elm Street and a 1428 West Elm Street. I will find out
what I can.
