|close to it so I can try and check to see if there is indeed a house
|with the 1428 address. There are potentially two places to match the
|address a 1428 East Elm Street and a 1428 West Elm Street. I will find out
|what I can.

Check out the West address, as US postal convention is to
specify only if an address is East or South (the will would
have listed it as 1428 E. Elm Street, since there was no
"E." then its the West one).
