Well, he'd half to look *INSIDE* the car, as the exterior wouldn;t show
it. But ignoring that:
Highly techno: base of 12.
Looking for something else, very techno +10
Kinda awkward position, floating inside a car, prolly another +2

So we're looking at a 24 TN, or so.
