Well, not that I know anything, but about 2 years ago, I was in an
game being run by Paul Hume (author of mercurial, one of the Hareliquin
min adventures, writer-in-name of the Grimiore II, and author of the
Grimior and VR2.0)... He had some very intersting comments about the
future of the Matrix, the Otaku/Matrix Born, Astral Space, and Magic...
(he was also pissed as all hell that Astral background is so easy to come
by, and shocked that there was a spell that created astral background.
I think is comment was something like 'Auschwitz has a background count.
Stonehendge has a background count. A spell should never have a
background count.')
