I agree with alot of what Jon says on this subject, but I also think it
would depend on the bomb. Was it constructed by the bomber himself
specifically for this reason, or is it just some purchased plastic
explosives? Also it depends on the extent of the car owners feelings for
the car. Even if all the variables fall into line I think we would be
looking at "astral"nomical target numbers. Hee Hee, sorry for the weak
attempt at humor.
