I'd like to hear more about this. The Otaku are a semi-mystical group AFAIK.
Is there really anything to the "Deep Resonance" and all that?
The details about the otaku are so sketchy that I'm wodering if they just
might put a spirit in the matrix . . .

I'd have to agree. That's one of the few things I haven't added to my
campaign yet (astral signitures. )
I don't like the implications of every mage leaving behind that much info.
Makes life too easy for trackers on both sides of the GM's screen.
