Live music is audible in astral space, recorded or amplified music isn't.
So you can listen to somebody playing a piano, but if that person then
switches to an electronic keyboard, all you hear is the keys being
pressed.

But that would be a +1 at most, I seriously doubt even a stadium full of
people would give anything more than a BC of 2 at most.
