He's been in quite a few source books in those wonderful sidebars, and as
has been noted before, he usually seems to get a hold of info that's tightly
sealed on the matrix. That inplies he's really goo, or just the luckiest
SOB you'll ever meet.

Unfortunately, though, no other infrmation exists about the char. I would
be interested in seeing FASA do a book that had some background infor on
some of these background players. Wouldn't even have to have stats... It
would be cool:)
