I lived in Seattle/Tacome during my formative years as well. Don't
believe everything you hear, it only rains regulary from September 1st
thru August 31st. Actually in my games I roll a 1d6 for each game "day"
and on a 1 it's a down-pour, 2-4 is normal rain, 5 is partly cloudy, 6
is light clouds.
