No your wrong, it's not a Horror plot. That a deliberate misdirection
carried out by Tir Tairngire or maybe Tir NanOg, probably NanOg, they're
the more powerful anyway. You see, the elves are trying to win the
world over with popularity, by pretending to be nice guys. What is
actually happening, is that they are using an ancient mythical force of
extraplanar creatures, to put the opposition on the wrong foot, when the
time comes, they are going to step forward and "apparently" save the
world, resulting in the world governemnts owing them a huge favour, at
this point, the true nature of the Tir's will show itself, as they take
over the world, and bring it under one rulership, where we will all be
happy and grateful to the wonderful power and glory of the Tir's.

And before I get mana balled, no I'm not anti-elven. I have some very
good friends who are elves :-)

OK, Hey Bull, what's this about Bugs and Dragtons and stuff then???

Marvel Superheroes, hehehe, I played that a long time ago, gave it up
for Champions, I seem to recall my Spiderman rip off, had a real
problem with web slinging, the GM kept leaving him hanging in mid air
for long periods of time, actually, as far as I know, he's still
there.... in mid air, 15 stories off the ground, oh well.....

I've also bought several of the other World books, as well, including
the African one, which has proved immensely useful, as I had the players
visit there a couple of times, and they're due to go back real soon.
Also, it dsidn't really need too much rewriting to fit in with
Shadowrun, as it's already magical and posesses some interesting
beasties.

A Japanese sourcebook would be interesting, as it would be curious to
see FASA's view of the Imperial Japanese empire, as opposed to relying
on Manga for a view of future Japan.

Australia, though, now that could be a nightmare, it's a pretty strange
place now, especially if you hold any stock in the Aborigine Dream Time,
almost Cthulhu in definition. If they do, I hope they deal with it
sensibly, and don't go too over the top, as would be easy to do with Oz.

I agree with the Paradise Lost idea, though it does present the problem
of how much information as to how much adventure, FASA seem to be
making every effort to provide as much information as possible, in as
reasonably priced a package as possible. Adventure/Sourcebooks, could
easily get out of control, and either proivide too much for exorbitant
pricing, or not enough for sensible pricing. A tough choice, I'm glad I
wouldn't have to be the one to make those decisions. Though I feel they
did a good job of Shadows of the Underworld, Harlequin, and Universal
Brotherhood.

The Brotherhood, ah what a wonderful organisation that is, so innocent,
so helpful, so *dark*. The mere mention of the Brotherhood sends
shivers up my players spines, though I don't know why, there's no
conclusive evidence that "all" of the Bortherhood is *bugged*.

Oh no, not another budding author with a dream of being the next Stephen

Hey Bull, about those Bugs and things, what's the low down then????

Civilisation advances by extending the number of important operations which we
can perform without thinking about them.
