Hmmmm... well, I don't know if it's a major concern, but I'd have thought
that a jacked rigger is not semi-conscious to the real world (like, say, a
decker in the Matrix or a mage in Astral). Instead, they have to be
HYPER-conscious, because they have to use their brains to steer a vehicle,
based on their own senses. (Excluding drones.)
I mean, a bike doesn't have a sensor package, right?
And a rigger doesn't just miraculously know where to steer, in some
semi-mystical fashion, right?
So they must be relying on their own senses to do this, right?
In which case, I can't see problems from semi-consciousness with firing,
since all their senses HAVE to be very alert.
Mind you, they might have penalties to one action or the other, depending
on what they're concentrating on - eg if they're concentrating on driving
give them a +4 to the Firearms test, if they're concentrating on firing,
make them do a handling test at +4. Or, maybe, if you're very nice, let
them spread their concentration, with a +2 to each.
