Well sure, but very little of that is actually in pure water form, right?

Most of that is in a solution of some sort.

Besides, we ruled that it was mainly a topical, or ingested allergy. So no
bathing or drinking unless it was totally synthetic.
He wore a lot of colonge, and used "Shower in a Can" a lot!
